1. Preheat eggs under running hot tap water in a bowl. 2. Fill a frying pan half way with water, add salt and bring to a boil 3. Crack preheated eggs gently into boiling water. 4. Turn eggs with spoon after 60secs. 5. Remove after 30secs and serve.
